Turnpike Commission to Offer Summer Employment Opportunities, Says Moul

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is now accepting applications for the 2010 Summer Turnpike Program, Rep. Dan Moul (R-Adams/Franklin) said today.

Interested individuals may now obtain applications from Taylor’s district office or online at www.RepMoul.com.  To avoid delays in processing, applications should be submitted directly to Moul’s office, not the Turnpike Commission. The application deadline is Friday, March 12.

The program is limited to 16 weeks per employee and runs between May 1 and Sept. 30.  Applicants must have graduated from high school or be attending college.  Toll collectors must be available to work any of the three shifts over a 24-hour period, including Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

For more information on summer employment with the Turnpike Commission, contact Moul’s district office at 30 W. Middle St. in Gettysburg or visit his Web site at www.RepMoul.com and click on “Turnpike Commission Summer Employment.”
