Moul, Brown Congratulate Adams County Student on Landing House of Representatives Internship
HARRISBURG – Rep. Dan Moul (R-Adams) congratulated new legislative fellow and constituent Devin Peart on his position as a research intern with the House Urban Affairs Committee, which is chaired by Rep. Rosemary Brown (R-Monroe/Pike).
“It is very exciting to welcome Devin, one of my constituents, to the House of Representatives in his new role with the Urban Affairs Committee,” said Moul. “It is especially rewarding to see ambitious young people from Adams County pursuing their career paths and finding success. The fellowship program offers students a first-hand look at the workings of state government. I wish Devin well in his internship and as he continues his education and career pursuits.”
“I am thrilled to welcome Devin to the House Urban Affairs Committee for this spring 2022 semester,” said Brown. “This program is one that I think Devin will thrive in as he gains invaluable experiences and meets great people along the way. He is going to learn a great deal over the next few months and this experience will be fantastic as he moves forward in his career.”
The Pennsylvania House Fellowship Program internship will last the duration of the spring semester and explores the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in detail. Peart, the son of Darin and Beth Peart of Littlestown, graduated from Littlestown Area High School and is currently a junior political science major at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. He is also a member of the men’s golf team for the Mountaineers and is a part of the university’s chapter of the Maryland Student Legislature.
