House Committee to Hold Public Hearing in Adams County to Consider ‘Wine Only’ License, Says Moul
WHAT: The House Liquor Control Committee will hold a public hearing in Adams County to consider legislation sponsored by Rep. Dan Moul (R-Adams/Franklin). Moul’s bill would create a class of licenses for restaurants that would permit the sale of wine only. House Bill 1489 would benefit Pennsylvania’s limited wineries by expanding the market for their products in local restaurants.
